On Sunday, surrounded by well over a hundred supporters holding signs on the sidewalk in front of Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, O’Hara told KGVO news that her exemption had been upheld by the hospital administration.
At a press conference in Butte on Thursday, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte shared the news that monoclonal antibody treatments are now available in 41 out of 56 counties in the state, for those that have requested the treatments.
Within the next week both Missoula hospitals will receive the initial doses of the new Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine, which will initially be given to front-line healthcare providers along with residents and staff of local nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
Missoula’s Community Medical Center announced on Saturday that they will begin the process of safely resuming some elective and non-urgent surgeries and procedures.
