More than two dozen Montana legislators have signed on to a letter to U.S. Senator Jon Tester to step forward and officially reject the nomination of David Chipman to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

On Monday afternoon, Montana’s lone Congressman Matt Rosendale held a statewide tele-town meeting, answering questions from callers around the state.
