Some flags that could be flown over apartment balconies could be seen as very offensive. But why not at least allow the American flag to be flown?

Every year VFW Post 1448 and the 1448 Auxiliary coordinate placement of up to 4,000 flags to honor Butte Veterans interred in Mount Moriah, St. Patrick’s, Holy Cross, and Mountain View Cemeteries.

Let me start by saying that I am the last guy who can lecture anybody about using bad language. Because I do. But there is a time and a place.
