I grew up in a small farm town fifty-miles from Chicago. My first radio job was in Prescott, Arizona in 1984. And in radio, you tend to move around a lot. I also worked at Lake Tahoe, California, Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to coming to Great Falls I spent the past 20-years working in Albuquerque, New Mexico at KKOB. There I was a morning show host, programmer and later an afternoon show host. During time time there the station had a streak of 14-years at number one. The station also won three Marconi Awards from the National Association of Broadcasters. I was voted top programmer for Citadel Communications Corporation in 2002 and I was elected to the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2017. I love it here in Montana. Nice and wide open and it is great to form a special relationship with Randy Bogden, the other host on the morning show here at 560 KMON. I have dogs, Chica, Lucky and Feefs. You will often find us out at Gibson Park or Giant Springs. I am a sports nut. I love baseball, having played it in college. Even won a state championship in Illinois Connie Mack Baseball. Coming from the Chicago area, I am a Cubs fan, Not a White Sox fan. I think the Sox suck. Okay, that’s enough for now.
