
628 Calls Keep Yellowstone County Deputies Busy in One Week
The Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office handled 628 calls for service, completed 293 case reports, and recorded 15 arrests between July 27 and August 2, 2026.
Charges listed in the weekly activity report included assault with a weapon, aggravated driving under the influence, drug possession, resisting arrest, and violating an order of protection.
Assault and Drug Arrests Reported in Yellowstone County
Jason Mize, 44, was arrested July 29 on suspicion of assault with a weapon. Krissy Princess, 35, was arrested July 31 on an assault charge.
Cecellia-Rose Whitford, 23, was booked July 28 on allegations of possessing dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. The report also lists a misdemeanor contempt of court charge.
Theresa Speck, 46, was arrested July 30 on a criminal mischief charge involving an alleged financial loss of less than $1,500.
Tiffany Lineberger, 42, was arrested August 1 on a felony charge of allegedly making a false report to law enforcement to implicate another person.
Resisting Arrest and Obstruction Charges Filed
Three people were arrested in cases involving allegations of resisting arrest.
David Klein, 64, was arrested July 30 on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. Brett Rowsey-Wilkins, 34, was booked July 31 on the same two charges.
Vadim Williams, 26, was arrested July 31 on allegations of resisting arrest and failing to disperse.
DUI, Protection Order and Warrant Cases Included
Carrie Erbe, 22, received a notice to appear July 31 on an allegation of first-offense aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Zachary Craig, 32, was arrested August 2 on suspicion of a first-offense violation of an order of protection.
Delanie Laforge, 23, was arrested August 1 on an allegation of failing to register as a sexual or violent offender.
The remaining arrests included Arlin Hapa, 46, and Aidan Clark, 23, on separate misdemeanor contempt of court charges. Jason Arnold, 44, and Paris Everson, 37, were arrested on city warrants.

The information was released as part of the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office weekly activity report. Charges are allegations, and each person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
