I was flipping through TikTok and there were some folks visiting Montana talking about the best spots to grab a meal. They were rating the food and telling others which places to check out and which places to avoid.

One of the places that they went to was Mark's In & Out in Livingston.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love Mark's In & Out. It taste like childhood. The burgers are amazing, the shakes are top notch, and every time I go there, I'm happy. It seems I'm not the only one who's a fan, our friends on TikTok went on and on about the quality of the food.

Each Summer, I make it my mission to visit at least a few times. Oh, and here is a pro tip: if you really want to add to your milkshakes flavor profile, pick a fruit flavor and add marshmallow. You'll thank me later.

So what is so special about Mark's and why do people come back year after year? I think it's everything. The atmosphere, the food, everything. Mark's is one of the special places that will always a favorite as long as their doors are open.

Mark's has been in business for over 70 years and while they're only open a few months a year and on certain days, I don't think I've ever been there when there wasn't a line. Why? Because their food is just that good. Plus, they use Wilcoxson's Ice Cream which has been made in Montana since 1912.
