Bozeman community rallies in support of Planned Parenthood’s arrival
Community Response to Planned Parenthood Arrival
I recently wrote an article about Planned Parenthood coming to Bozeman and I was blown away by the response.
I knew the subject would be debated and I knew there would be a fair share of ugly comments online, but what I was surprised about was how lopsided the response was.
Overwhelming Support from Local Residents
You see, I took a look at the likes, loves, dislikes, and all the comments on our social media and the folks of the area made it pretty clear that they're in favor of Planned Parenthood setting up in Bozeman.

As I mentioned before, I'm not going to share my opinions on it, because that's not my place, but I will say that the folks in favor of Planned Parenthood beat out those who aren't about 3 to 1.
Insights from Social Media Engagement
Seriously, 3 to 1!
I know, I know, it's all of those Bozeman "liberals" except it wasn't.
Bozeman gets the reputation of being a liberal town, and there is some truth to that, but the towns around Bozeman are anything but, and it wasn't just folks from Bozeman on the social media page.
Planned Parenthood's Broader Services Beyond Abortion
Many of those who made the comment talked about how Planned Parenthood offers several services outside of abortion and how they had personal experience with them. Others commented how happy they were that those who might not be able to afford healthcare now have a place to go.
