What Is A Rocky Mountain Oyster?

First, they're not actually oysters. They are also referred to as Montana tender groin, cowboy caviar, swinging beef, or calf fries. They are made using the testicles of male cattle. The testicles are skinned, coated in breading or batter, and deep-fried to create a unique and savory treat.
