"Hey folks, Maverick here. Billings, Montana. August 12th and 13th. There'll be a lot of horsepower."

Have you guys seen this Tom Cruise impersonator? Sound like he does a great job. Both he and Ice Man will be in the house for the Yellowstone International Air Show featuring the Blue Angels later this week.

30,000 fans are expected to crowd near the Billings Logan International Airport for the air show, but much of the aircraft and several of the aviators will already start showing up early on in the week. The first Blue Angels jet is expected to land Sunday night in Billings.

I got an early look at the setup over the weekend and for those of you with tickets you will get a chance to be right up next to the air strip. The businesses who bought a suite will definitely be impressed with the massive tent that was hauled up from the Phoenix Open just for the air show in Billings. I'm told it took 16 semi trailers to haul the tent up from Arizona.

If you haven't gotten tickets yet, Saturday is SOLD OUT, but last I heard tickets for Sunday's show are still available. Click here for tickets. Click here for more info on parking.

Jake Penwell and Matthew McDonnell, co-chairs for the 2023 Yellowstone International Air Show, were very excited to get the week underway. Check out the below video they sent me from "Maverick"- a Tom Cruise impersonator who will be on hand for the air show and gave a special preview for the air show in Montana.

Stay tuned to your favorite radio station website- coming up on Wednesday I'll have the honor of flying with the Blue Angels in the backseat of the F-18. Talk to me Goose!
