Pro Tip for Montanans, How Not to Run Out of Hot Water
Mmmm. Heated floors. Never running out of hot water. (Said in the voice of Homer Simpson)
I got a pro tip for Montanans on something that expires at the end of the year.
Look, even in the summer after getting off the lake as the sun's going down...it still feels incredible to step on a heated floor when you're changing out of your swimsuit. Imagine how good that will feel this Fall and winter when you're getting ready for work in the morning?
Or what about this- how many of you have a few kids in the house and EVERYBODY ends up getting ready at the same time? Or, maybe you had visitors at the house, and hot water became in short supply.
Apparently if you've been thinking about getting radiant heat in your floors, or you've been thinking about getting a Rinnai tankless water heater installed- now is the time to strike. Why? A tax credit that you can benefit from goes away at the end of the year.
That was the pro tip that I got from Ron Gunn. He's the founder of the veteran owned business- High Caliber Plumbing- in the Billings, Bridger, and Columbus areas. They are officially certified to install the Rinnais.
Having the tankless water heaters is definitely a game changer to have. I've had the old school water heaters and have now used a tankless water heater and it is awesome. You know how it goes, you think everybody will get ready at different times of the morning...but nope- there you are scrambling to get ready for church at the same time. Ha. Maybe it's just me.
Anyway, just wanted to share that pro tip...especially since kids are now back in school and you might be having hot water issues in your house.
