So...Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem knows the frustrations facing air travelers after Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats voted to shut down the federal government. So she released a video that is being shown in airports across the country expressing her frustrations, and alerting travelers to the issue behind the travel problems.

Sec Noem: "We will continue to do all that we can to avoid delays that will impact you — and it is our hope is that Democrats will soon recognize the importance of opening the government."

That triggered the Democrats, called out for shutting down the federal government. So Democrat run cities like Missoula, Montana are refusing to air the video at their airports.

Here's the reaction I had when I first spotted that story reported by KPAX-TV in Missoula: "Earlier this year Griz fans had to fly into Bozeman cause the Missoula airport was shut down…but boy is the City of Missoula showing you!" (Hey, the City and County of Missoula may be hammering you with taxes, but at least they're sticking it to Trump by not playing a video, right?)

Yeah, for those of you who missed the post on X earlier this year...a great Montana Griz football family had to fly into Bozeman (home of their major rival the Montana State Bobcats) earlier this year.

"Flew into Bozeman since Missoula’s airport is closed—rocking our Griz gear got us flipped off and questioned by Cat fans," Irene Goodman posted on X. "But a Griz fan at our hotel hooked us up with her season parking pass. Starting off right—Go Griz!!

That was hilarious.

By the way- it's so cool seeing the football families on X. One of my other favorite football families is the Gillman family.
