The independently owned franchise has been a neighborhood favorite for years. After two decades, the current owners are ready to retire and let the next enterprising person take over the dream.

Listed by Greg Bastek, the bakery and cafe business is offered at $600,000. If you'd like to purchase the building too, it's available for an additional $700,000. According to the listing information, the business cash flow is around $180,000 a year on $900,000 gross revenue.
