Boys in Girls Bathrooms? Here’s What Montanans Can Do

Boys in girls bathrooms? Men in the in girls locker rooms? Jeff Laszloffy with the Montana Family Foundation says that despite federal law, they are still getting reports of this happening here in Montana. So here's what you can do about it.

The bottom line is this: if your school is allowing boys and men into girls bathrooms and locker rooms, or taking away their sports opportunities- they will lose federal funding.

Jeff Laszloffy: "We're informing the schools that the Trump administration has changed the definitions of sex discrimination and re established the original meaning of sex and Title IX to mean biological sex and not gender identity. And that has huge ramifications for us here in Montana."

Laszloffy also tells us that task forces within the Departments of Justice, Education and Health and Human Services are investigating non-compliant schools and will defund those schools in terms of federal dollars for the schools that are not compliant and that are still pushing the "woke" agenda.

Jeff Laszloffy: "So far, they penalized five. Five schools in Virginia and five school districts in Virginia, and then also the Denver School District, and there are ongoing investigations in school districts throughout the United States."
