Alright- I gotta brag on the guy I'm calling the Montana Numbers Man one more time here.

With less than a week to go before the election, a liberal news outlet tried throwing shade on my buddy Evan Wilson- and yet, look at the results and how insanely close Evan's prediction actually was.

I must've missed this story when it was first published back on November 1st 2024. Here's what was reported in the Montana Free Press Story:

Wednesday, with less than a week left to vote, Montanans had turned in 338,832 ballots, well short of Wilson’s predicted 498,000.

So, Evan Wilson predicted that 498,000 absentee ballots would eventually be cast by election day in Montana. How do you even go about making a prediction like that?

Well, now that the election is in the rearview mirror, how many absentee ballots actually came in? The answer: almost 495,000! Wow. Holy moly. Evan Wilson came within nearly 3,000 votes of accurately predicting the total number of absentee ballots cast. To quote the great movie Forrest Gump: Wilson, you must be a BLANK damn genius.

For those who missed it, Evan Wilson and his knowledge of the numbers is why I was so willing to send out a tweet calling the election for President Trump nearly an hour before the networks called Pennsylvania on election night. Evan Wilson also told us back in June that the numbers looked so BAD for Jon Tester this year that he would not be able to overcome the primary election numbers (he nailed that too).

After doing such a bang up job forecasting these numbers in the 2024 elections here in Montana, Evan Wilson tells us this: "I want one thing in my stocking this Christmas and it’s Montana Coal. You can quote me on that."
