Diddy. Puffdaddy. Sean Combs. Whatever you want to call the famous rapper and music producer- he is facing a slew of nasty sexual assault accusations, and a Montana-based law firm is helping to hold him accountable.

Combs has also been a prominent backer of Democrat presidential candidates like Barack Obama and others, and he's now embroiled in a massive sex assault case.

Earlier this week, I told you how The New York Times revealed a Montana connection to the Diddy case. They mentioned how a call center run by Reciprocity Industries is helping a Billings-based law firm gather the witness testimony against Sean Combs.

We were able to confirm that the law firm is AVA Law in Billings, and on Thursday morning we got to catch up with AVA lawyer Kasodie West.

Kasodie West: "Reciprocity Industries is our sister company. They are the call center. They filtered through 20,000 calls when we did the beginning of this campaign. It was crazy from there. I mean, obviously not all of those were reputable claims. We went through a very large screening process. If they made it through this screening process, they came to us at AVA Law Group, and I personally, myself and my team, reviewed all of these cases before deciding whether to move forward with them or not in the prosecution process. I think at this point in time, we filed 15 claims in New York State, and we have more that are still being looked into."

In addition to the Diddy case, AVA has their hand in some other high profile cases, including the Alexander brothers.

Kasodie West: "Those were three investors- very similar to what they were doing in the P Diddy cases. There were three brothers who were using their wealth and power to manipulate women and sexually assault them. So we have cases filed in that. And then we also have been pivotal in the Camp Lejeune litigation...the Maui wildfire...and then we also have many Ozempic cases. So we have lots of litigation across the nation, and then we also have our personal injury practice here in Montana."

She's also representing victims of a Missoula, Montana ER doctor named Tyler Hurst, who is accused of sexually assaulting several women over the years.

Here's the full audio of our chat with Kasodie West in the 2nd half of the below podcast.
