Talk to your doctor first before listening to some politician, a county health director, or even some radio guy. They'll know what's best for each of you.
President Trump promised a vaccine before the end of the year, and he delivered on that promise. Once again, Trump was right, and they were wrong. By "they", of course, we mean the media, the pundits, all of the so-called "experts", and yes- even the CDC.
I have no problem with prisoners in our prison system and inmates in our jails being vaccinated, especially for COVID-19. I do have a problem with them moving to the front of the line and getting the vaccine before hard-working Americans can get the vaccine- especially when the vaccine is in limited supply.
What about health care workers who work for the VA delivering health care to our nation's veterans? What about elderly or at risk veterans? How soon will they get the COVID-19 vaccine? Will there be mass immunization, or will you have to get an appointment?
Within the next week both Missoula hospitals will receive the initial doses of the new Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine, which will initially be given to front-line healthcare providers along with residents and staff of local nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
