Tim Sheehy and South Dakota’s Kristi Noem Rallying Across Montana
I got word through a couple of our listeners that popular South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R-SD) will be rallying alongside Navy SEAL veteran Tim Sheehy in Montana this weekend.
Sheehy is the GOP Senate candidate challenging liberal Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) in what is considered the most important US Senate race in the country.
The tour includes stops in Billings, Great Falls, and Kalispell.

Sheehy was at the Trump Rally in South Dakota one year ago, and before Trump endorsed Sheehy in the race. Montana's US Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) spoke at that rally in South Dakota and talked about the significance of the race here in Montana.
Senator Daines: Remember something. When President Trump is elected in November of 24 the first call he will make is to the United States Senate, because he's got to move his cabinet officials through, and our founding fathers gave that responsibility to the United States Senate. Imagine for a moment we are not in majority control, and he's calling Chuck Schumer. It'd be a disaster. So that's why we're working really hard to win the majority back and I'd say there's three states- three states will decide the majority. It's West Virginia. It's Montana. And it's Ohio. Those three states all have Democrats up- in states where every single elected official in those three states are now Republicans. So if you're a Democrat in that state and you're trying to run for re election to the United States Senate- get ready- because we are coming for you. We are.
Since Daines made that speech, West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) dropped out of the race. That means a win for Montana could win back majority control of the US Senate. There's also a good chance that Montana Senator Steve Daines could be the majority leader...the first majority leader from Montana since Mike Mansfield.
