Is this why from about May to September now every year here in Montana we get stuck chewing on all that wildfire smoke out of Canada?

I forgot who said it- maybe it was the Joker from X or another one of our callers. But every year now we and several other Northern Border states start getting inundated with Canadian wildfire smoke.

Here's one reason why.

The infamous X user "Catturd" shared this headline out of the CBC:

Saskatchewan volunteer firefighter who set 30 fires in a month sentenced for arson
Logan Sieben sentenced to 18 months of probation, 200 hours of community service

Is it bad leadership in Canada of late? Is it arson? Sounds like both. But why focus on the bad leadership of the Leftist government in Canada or focus on arson when you can simply- "BLAME CLIMATE CHANGE" (sung to the tune of "Blame Canada").

We got some other great reactions when I shared the news via X and on the radio. Here's one from @MontanaTimTharp on X: "CLEARLY, it was the climate change that pushed him to do this.........I'm getting tired of chewing the air in eastern MT because Canada is always on fire."

That's right. That's where I remembered the chewing the air line from.

Here's another comment from the Catturd post by @MrAustinRogers: "Guy got 18 months probation for poisoning the air I've been breathing all summer in Michigan?"

And here's one from @robert23740: "Connect the dots. The punk arsonist created the ‘reason’ the crazed power hungry socialists could stomp on the rights of everyday Canadians. I am surprised they didn’t give him a medal and a sweet gig in a leftist think tank."
