HSI Kalispell Agents Bust Previously Deported Illegal Alien
Credit to Western MT News for first reporting this information...
HSI Kalispell agents arrested a previously deported illegal alien in Montana's Flathead Valley.
According to a post on X from the official account for HSI Denver, which covers Montana, Baldermar Duarte-Nieto is "wanted on a felony drug warrant in Washington and will remain in ICE custody pending criminal and immigration proceedings."
Montana Congressman Ryan Zinke (R-MT01) also replied to the HSI social media post. "Round em up. Send em home!," he posted.
As Western MT News points out, this was the 2nd publicly reported HSI arrest in Montana last week. "On June 25, HSI agents in Helena arrested Erick Sanchez-Banegas, a Honduran national, following reports of an attempted kidnapping and a vehicle ramming incident during the arrest attempt."
We reported the story of the Honduran national who was arrested by Helena ICE agents in Butte last week as well. That man was arrested after allegedly being involved in a kidnapping attempt. You may have seen me mention it on social media, where one left wing commenter claimed the photo and the information was fake. Click here for the original story where I note that I confirmed the accuracy of the information with the public affairs officer for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Then again, the person who repeatedly claimed that my information was not accurate was also spotted on Facebook calling ICE officers "nazis," so you can be the judge of who you want to believe.
