A previously deported illegal alien has pleaded guilty to new charges in federal court. This, after HSI Kalispell agents arrested the Mexican man following a vehicle chase and foot pursuit in Kalispell earlier this summer.

When we told a national Border Patrol union leader what we were hearing back here in Montana about the Northern Border, he confirmed it.

You may recall when we first reported on this news back in March. Kristin Louise Mitchell was accused of smuggling illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members into the country.

According to a post on X from the official account for HSI Denver, which covers Montana, Baldermar Duarte-Nieto is "wanted on a felony drug warrant in Washington and will remain in ICE custody pending criminal and immigration proceedings."

He's an illegal alien, he was allegedly in the middle of a kidnapping attempt, and he got busted by HSI's Montana office. Here's the news that seems to be missing from "the news" in Montana.
