Montanans Respond, Trump Bloody After Shooting at Rally
President Trump is reportedly doing fine, but clearly had blood on his ear after what sounded like gunshots rang out at a Pennsylvania rally.
Pray for this country. Pray for President Trump. That's what I shared just a few minutes ago.
"Please join me in praying for President @realDonaldTrump and everyone else at the rally in Pennsylvania."
Montana Governor Greg Gianforte: "Praying for President Donald Trump." Navy SEAL veteran and US Senate candidate Tim Sheehy is endorsed by President Trump. He shared this via X: "President Trump is STRONG. He’s an American Warrior fighting to Save America. God bless President Trump!" Earlier he shared, "Please join Carmen and me in praying for President Trump and everyone attending his rally."
Montana Congressman Ryan Zinke: "Pray for the President and our country." Montana Congressman Matt Rosendale: "Justice must be served to the fullest extent of the law! God bless President Trump."
State Auditor and Congressional Candidate Troy Downing: "Sending our prayers for safety to the Trump family at this time."
Other Montanans are also weighing in via social media.
Here's my friend Ron Catlett: "Political violence has no place in America. Praying for President Trump."
As of 5:29 p.m., Fox News just reported LIVE that the shooter is dead.
As of 5:33 p.m., there is nothing posted on Democrat Senator Jon Tester's X account. Still nothing from President Biden's account either. (Updated note: while his @JonTester account did not have anything posted, click here for a statement by Senator Tester from his official account)
