George Blackard is one of our great fellow veterans who joins me every Friday morning for a segment we call "Freedom Friday." We end up covering a whole bunch of topics, take phone calls, and George always likes to throw in something patriotic, or something from the US Flag Code.

This past Friday; though, I knew I needed to surprise him with this story. So I saved it for close to the end of our hour.

Sue Guzman at Fox News had this story Friday morning. I played it LIVE on the air as George Blackard heard the story for the first time:

The Justice Department is suing Musk's SpaceX for not hiring illegal immigrants and for only hiring US citizens, and discouraging asylum seekers and refugees from applying for jobs. DOJ- suing for discrimination for not hiring people who are in the country illegally. The agency says SpaceX was wrong for saying it could only hire US citizens or residents in its job postings. SpaceX did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the lawsuit.

Yes. You read that right. The Biden Justice Department is suing SpaceX for hiring American citizens. Does the Biden Administration plan on handing out top secret security clearances to the illegal aliens next too?

I think the look on George's face speaks for us all. One commenter on Facebook when I shared this story said, "What in the actual..." (You can fill in the final word)

Here's the story from the New York Post.
