It's fun looking at houses, especially large, exorbitant homes in Montana that, honestly, hardly any of us could ever afford.

But what about the most affordable home in Montana?  I didn't say turn-key affordable.  I said the most affordable home in Montana.

I found it, and she is not a pretty girl AT ALL.  If you're the kind of person that can see it, (I am not) she has a lot of potential.  Not necessarily resale potential, but actual living potential, eventually.

Think About Where The Home Is Located

Keep in mind out of state investors that want to buy up Montana, reselling homes in small towns can take awhile. The home can be listed for a very very long time before you even get a bite on it.  It is something that you need to keep in mind when buying up property in Montana.

The Cheapest Home For Sale In Montana:

From Zillow:

Built in 1910, this home is in Wibaux, Montana.  At 924 square feet, this home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a 1 car garage, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

How Much Is The Property?

In December, 2023, the property was listed at $22,500.  Not too shabby.  Now the price is even lower.  On December 28, 2023, the price was reduced by over thirty percent to $15,000.

Take a peek at this house in Wibaux.  There's a reason the price is reduced, but can you see how pretty she is on the inside?

I found the property on Zillow.  They have a "click here" link to get a hold of the agent. It's listed as Tristan Mistkawi, 406-506-5602.
