I found a deal for someone looking to bail out of the Bozeman rat race, and it's exactly ONE HOUR away in Townsend. Way more affordable and Townsend's a cute little town right on the river.
Apparently there IS a limit to how much someone is willing to pay for a house in Bozeman. Price REDUCTIONS are popping up more often for the expensive stuff. Really nice, big houses.
It started as a Steak 'n' Shake in 2013 and became a Burger King in 2017. BK has closed and the property is now on the market for just under $2.4 million.
It's not a single family home but it's a pretty good chunk of land for less than $100K in Livingston. In this day and age, that seems to be a screaming deal in Montana real estate.
