There's a reason this ruling, and the very trial itself, is being referred to as a "first of it's kind" ruling- because every other court in the country never even entertained such a silly lawsuit.

There's no other way to describe this ruling from District Judge Kathy Seeley other than it is simply a clown show. A biased liberal judge shouldn't even have wasted a week in court on this show trial.

Here is what is so absurd about this climate kids' ruling: We lowered carbon dioxide emissions in America under President Donald J. Trump (if you care about that sort of thing). How did we do so? Did we do so by taking "climate change" into consideration with every energy project in America? No. We did it by promoting made in America energy. Forcing the state to factor in "climate change" concerns when looking at energy development projects will only undermine American energy and bolster the world's leading emitters like China.

Plus, where do you drawn the line with saying what is a violation of our right to a "clean and healthful environment?" Check out what liberal activist Bob Brigham had to say on that front below. I guess the very existence of college campuses like Montana State University and The University of Montana are a violation of our right to a clean and healthful environment.

Montana's US Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) came out swinging against the decision by the radical Left-wing judge in Helena.

Senator Daines: Activist judges, even here in MT, are helping far-Left environmentalists push their green hallucination down the throats of Americans. Shutting down energy projects that support an all-of-the-above energy portfolio is setting America on a dangerous path. We must reverse course.

Republican US Senate candidate and Navy SEAL Veteran Tim Sheehy also weighed in.

Sheehy: The latest example of a liberal activist judge trying to legislate radical Green New Deal disastrous policies from the bench. We must fight back and take a strong stand against the climate cult and their job-killing agenda.

Check out what Attorney General Austin Knudsen had to say below.

This clown show of a case got way too much attention from the liberal mob media- since day one.
